How to sign in or sign up
Problembo has no passwords and no separate registration form. Click Sign in in the site header and choose one of the options:
- enter your email, then the one-time code sent to it;
- sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, VK ID or Yandex ID.
A new account is created automatically the first time you sign in with a new email. The sign-in
screen opens on id.problembo.com; this is expected.
The email code does not arrive
The code is valid for 10 minutes, and only the code from the latest request works.
- Check that the email address is typed correctly.
- Wait a couple of minutes and check the Spam, Promotions and Updates folders.
- Request a new code and enter only the newest one.
- If you created the account with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, VK ID or Yandex ID, sign in with that button instead of the email code.
If the code still does not arrive, contact support and tell us the email address.
Signing in on another device
Your account works on any device. Sign in with the same email or the same social account you used to create it. Signing in with a different email creates a different account.
If the sign-in screen says that the account is blocked or disabled, the account was deleted earlier. See Deleted and blocked accounts.
The website does not open
If problembo.com does not open for you, use the mirror for Russia: problembo.app. It uses the same accounts and balance.
Telegram bot and website account
The Telegram bot @problembo_bot can use the same account and balance as the website:
- Sign in on the website.
- Open Telegram linking and click Link Telegram.
- Press Start in the bot. The link is valid for 10 minutes.
There is no Telegram sign-in button on the website. One Telegram account can be linked to only one Problembo account, and two Problembo accounts cannot be merged.
