Task history
All your tasks and results are in Task history, across all Problembo services. Sign in to the same account where the task was created. For long videos the history also shows the current progress.
You left the page during generation
A started task keeps running in the background; you do not need to keep the page open. Sign in to the same account and open Task history to check the progress and get the result.
Progress is stuck at 95%
The progress bar stops at 95% until the task finishes, this is normal. Processing time depends on the service; for video enhancement it depends on the video length, frame rate and resolution. If a task has not finished in more than 15 minutes, contact support with the task ID.
Was I charged for a failed task?
When a task starts, its price is only reserved. If the task ends with an error or a timeout, the reservation is released automatically, usually within seconds, and you are not charged.
Prompt enhancement is a separate paid action. It is charged even if the generation that follows fails.
If the money did not come back, or the task finished but the result is unusable, contact support with the task ID and a short description of the problem.
The request was rejected as unsafe
Errors such as "The provider rejected the content as unsafe" mean that the prompt or an input image was blocked by Problembo moderation or by the model provider. If our moderation blocks the request, the task does not start and nothing is reserved. If the provider rejects it, the reserved money is returned automatically.
- Rephrase the prompt or remove explicit reference images.
- Try another model: 18+ models also reject some content, and their rules differ.
- After several rejections in a row a temporary pause may apply; wait a little before trying again.
18+ models are available only after you enter your year of birth in your profile.
The result does not load or shows a "?" icon
Results are stored either in Russia or outside Russia, chosen by your IP address when the task is created. With a VPN or proxy the file may not load. Turn the VPN off (or on) and reload Task history. For the API, see storage region.
How long results are stored
Uploaded files and results are stored for 3 days, or for 30 days if your paid balance was at least $1 when they were created. They are visible only to you.
