Account pages

These pages are available after you sign in:

• Profile: email, year of birth, account deletion.
• Telegram linking.
• Billing: balance and top-up.
• Daily bonus.
• Task history: tasks and results.
• API tokens.
• Partner program: referral codes and links, see Partner program help.
• My models: your trained models.

Year of birth

Enter your year of birth in your profile. It is needed for 18+ models. The year of birth can be saved only once and cannot be changed later.

Deleting the account

You can delete the account in your profile with the Delete account button. Deletion is permanent:

• the account cannot be restored, by you or by support;
• its email is disabled forever and cannot be used to sign up again, including signing in with Google or another social account with the same address;
• a new account created right after the deletion is treated as a repeated account and does not work for 24 hours after the old account was deleted.

Deleted and blocked accounts

If the sign-in screen says that your account is blocked or disabled, the account was deleted earlier. A deleted account cannot be unlocked or restored, and its email cannot be used again. To continue, sign in with a different email: the new account starts working 24 hours after the old one was deleted.

Balance, Telegram and files after deletion

• The paid balance left on a deleted account can be moved to your new account. Contact support with the email of the deleted account and the email of the new one. Bonus money is not moved.
• The Telegram link is removed automatically. You can link the same Telegram account to the new account.
• Files and results of a deleted account cannot be restored. Nobody else has access to them, and they are deleted on the usual schedule.
